It seems the spot's owners are concerned about either getting or being "sued" (it is unclear which). Nonetheless, that they have no legal authority to stop you photographing its exterior is a point lost on this man. He went about his job in such a workmanlike manner I could confidently recommend him for a job with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, the Government of North Korea or some other fascist anachronism.
